¾" solid rubber mats (PRx Eco, 6 × 4 ft). Thick enough for deadlifts on concrete, cheapest per foot. They're heavy: plan two people.
¾" interlocking mats (PRx Interlocking, 6 × 4 ft). The edges lock, so no gaps and no shifting over a full room.
½" interlocking tiles (PRx 4-pack, 22.5 in). Light enough to carry upstairs, neat edges on a finished floor.
Rounded up to whole mats or packs. Cutting a mat to fit takes a utility knife and a straight edge.
